Thebillyman Games ("Developer", "we", "us") built the Torpedo Run app as a free, ad-supported game. This page informs users of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Information We Collect

Torpedo Run does not directly collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All game progress (coins, upgrades, stage progress, and settings) is stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Google AdMob - We display optional rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Play Games Services - The app integrates with Google Play Games Services to provide an optional cloud save feature. See the "Cloud Save" section below for details.

Advertising

Torpedo Run shows optional rewarded video ads. You choose when to watch an ad in exchange for a free in-game upgrade. No ads are shown without your interaction. AdMob may use device advertising identifiers to personalize ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).

Cloud Save (Optional)

Torpedo Run supports an optional cloud save feature powered by Google Play Games Services. This feature is opt-in - you must sign in with your Google account to use it.

If you sign in:

• Your game progress (the same data stored locally) is uploaded to Google's Play Games snapshot service so you can sync between devices and recover progress after reinstalling.
• Google may associate your Play Games profile (gamer tag, avatar, etc.) with your activity in Torpedo Run.
• This data is governed by Google's privacy policy.

If you do not sign in, no progress data leaves your device. You can sign out at any time through the in-game menu, and you can delete cloud save data through your Google Play Games account settings.

Children's Privacy

Torpedo Run is rated for Everyone and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal data directly, no special provisions are necessary. The third-party ad service (AdMob) is configured to comply with applicable regulations.

Data Retention

Game data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all game data at any time using the "Reset Progress" button in the main menu, or by clearing the app's data through your device settings.

Security

Since no personal data is transmitted from the app, data security risks are minimal. Local game data is stored using standard browser storage mechanisms.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
